A PART REFUND IS GIVEN IF THE CASTLE CANNOT BE USED, DUE TO ANY BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS ON THE DAY OF HIRE**
(Refund amount = Cost of Castle Hire - $50 deposit value)

Hire service excludes extension cords, delivery, setting up and collection of the inflatable Castle.
Hire service includes Castle, electric fan, packing straps and Pegs.
Conditions of Hire
The Hirer hires the equipment for the day and the rate specified on our website according to the following terms and conditions.
The Hirer:
1. Shall upon booking pay a deposit to secure your choice, your castle MUST be paid for in full before you take it. DO NOT under any circumstances get the castle and equipment wet. If the weather is too bad on the day of hire DO NOT use the castle at all and we will refund the cost of the hire minus a $50 deposit value. A refund is given once Jumpin Jacks Bouncy Castle staff have checked that the castle has not been used, a bank deposit will be made to the name of the person who made the booking**. Please note: we do not keep cash on site so cash cannot be refunded.
2. Shall forfeit 50% of the full booking payment if the booking is cancelled by the Hirer less than 2 weeks prior to the date of booking. Excluding weather cancellations.
3. Hereby accepts responsibility for the loss of or damage to property and injury to any person/s resulting from the use of or operation of the equipment and hereby indemnifies Jumpin Jacks Entertainment against any claims which may be made against it by any person.
4. Hereby accepts full responsibility for the full replacement costs in the event of theft or damage to the equipment between the time of collection and return and shall pay the same upon demand.
5. Hereby accepts responsibility for the use of the equipment, ensuring:
· The equipment stands on a flat Grassed surface, but if the hirer is setting up a castle on a hard surface, please advise Jumpin Jacks Entertainment staff and they can assist with options to protect the castle.
· The equipment is operated by and under the strict supervision of a responsible adult.
· No children over the age of 12 are to play on the equipment.
· No child plays near the fan or on the equipment with shoes, sharp objects, water or food and No dogs allowed on the equipment.
· The fan is not to be left unattended in the rain, or operated in high wind conditions, and the hirer shall ensure these terms are complied with, whether or not they are the user or operator of the equipment.
· Standard 3 pin plug power supply available within extension cord reach ie: 25mtrs. An RCD unit must be used. We now have these available for hire if you don’t have one.
· No silly string. Under no circumstances is silly string allowed to be used within or on the castle. Beware of face paint, it stains the castle, if you use face paint. Please wipe the castle clean before returning it to us.
6. Accepts that he / she are liable for all legal costs in the event of Jumpin Jacks Entertainment being required to institute action for recovery of the equipment. The value of replacement of the equipment or for collection of charges, and the Hirer acknowledges that they shall be liable for interest on those amounts.
7. Hirer acknowledges that Jumpin Jacks Entertainment has offered the equipment in proper working order fit for use as intended by the Hirer as from the time of collection of equipment.
8. Agrees to follow any verbal instructions given at the time of collecting the equipment.
9. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET THE CASTLE AND EQUIPMENT WET OR LEAVE OUT OVER NIGHT
Please remember for WEEKEND HIRES your castle(s) will need to be picked up after 4:30pm Friday and returned after 4:30 pm Monday unless otherwise organised with Jumpin Jacks Entertainment staff.

Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle do so at their own risk. The person/s or organization hiring this Inflatable equipment will be responsible/ liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times. Our Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition, ie.: If it is in a dirty or muddy condition, I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning or repair charge.

Jumpin Jacks Entertainment puts safety first. Bouncy Castles are a great choice to make your event memorable. To ensure your event runs smoothly, we have put together some rules in accordance with the NZ & AUS Safety Standards.
Safety First
Safety is important. With that in mind, Jumpin Jacks Bouncy Castles reserves the right to cancel any booking on the day, if the operators (Jumpin Jacks Staff) feel there are factors involved that could jeopardise the safety of the users. All safety requirements outlined in our terms and conditions must be followed to ensure a safe and fun day.
All our castles and H&S rules comply with current NZ & AUS Work Safety Standards.
Terms & Conditions
It is the responsibility of the person that is hiring/ supervising this Bouncy Castle/s to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid damage to the Bouncy Castle or injury to the users. Please make sure that the following safety instructions and rules are followed:

Terms & Conditions
It is the responsibility of the person that is hiring/ supervising this Bouncy Castle/s to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid damage to the Bouncy Castle or injury to the users. Please make sure that the following safety instructions and rules are followed:
- Do not take shoes, jewellery, glasses, badges, toys or any sharp object on the Bouncy Castle that could cause harm to persons or damage to the inflatable.
- No eating, drinking or chewing gum while on the Bouncy Castle.
- No members of the public or kids are permitted to go around the back of or between the castle exclusion zones.
- Please keep a clear area around the base of the Bouncy Castle of 2 meters.
- No face paints, silly string or party poppers to be used on the Bouncy Castle. No flammables near the Bouncy Castle. This includes smoking and Barbeques.
- No jumping on to and hanging off or sitting on the walls and netting of the castle
- No Animals permitted on the Bouncy Castle.
- Please insure that a responsible adult aged 18yrs + is supervising the use of the Bouncy Castle at all times.
- Do not overcrowd the Bouncy Castles. Avoid large and small children jumping at the same time.
- No attempting somersaults, jumping off the castle, wrestling, fighting, pushing or behaviour that could cause injury.
- The entry step and/or slide base are not for bouncing as user could easily fall and sustain injury. These are for entry and exit purposes only.
- Do not allow anyone with a history of neck or back problems to use the Bouncy Castle, or equally anyone who is unwell.
- During inflation and deflation it is prohibited for anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle as this is dangerous and could damage the Bouncy Castle.
- Do not allow the blower to get wet and If the Jumping area becomes wet at any time it should not be used, any wetness including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried off with a towel.
- In the Event of Rain we reserve the right to come out and pack up early. Our Bouncy Castle must not be used in Rain.
- In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Then check that the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto it and is obstructing the blower.
- In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains and inform us straight away.

- Mini Castle - Max 4 children under the age of 5 at a time
- Clown, Castle 2, Cars, Disney Princess, Animal, Rabbit, Bear, Elephant Castle - Max 6 kids of similar age of up to 12yrs at a time
- Large Clown - Max 8 Kids at a time of similar age of up to 12yrs at a time
- Slide- Max 2 kids on the slide at a time. 1 going up the ladder while the other slides down.
- The Pirate Ship – Max 6 kids of similar age up to the age of 10yrs
- The Obstacle Course – Max 2 kids going through at a time. Next 2 through only after the last 2 have exited.
- Bungee Run - Max 1 player per lane of any age.
